Behaviour

The goal of positive behaviour support is not ‘perfect children.’ Rather it should be creating the perfect environment for enhancing learning and their growth.
— Randy Sprick

There are many different views and approaches to positive behaviour support or management. Our belief is that the culture must first be right and then the relationships between all stakeholders. Once this has been established careful consideration must be given to the dynamics of the community the school serves. of the There is no one size fits all approach to achieving excellent behaviour and engagement in schools. However we believe high standards, a high quality child centred provision, consistency and positivity are the building blocks for the culture in which pride is engendered.

Our team has extensive experience in developing learning cultures in school and developing strategies to ensure all students succeed and their needs catered for, whilst ensuring all students contribute positively to the school community. We will work with staff at all levels to develop systems, build confidence and empower staff to not only set the tone, but also own the culture in the schools they serve.
