There are many different views and approaches to positive behaviour support or management. Our belief is that the culture must first be right and then the relationships between all stakeholders. Our team has extensive experience in developing learning cultures in school and developing strategies to ensure all students succeed and their needs catered for, whilst ensuring all students contribute positively to the school community.
