Our role as school improvement architects takes us along with school leaders on a journey of self-discovery and actualisation. So much is to be gained from what we believe to be true but importantly what we don’t.

If seen as an arbitrary task to serve a purpose of reporting to senior colleagues, governors/trustees or an for external visitor, the true benefits of self-evaluation can often be missed. As a team independent of regulation and or political agenda, our aim is to support staff and governors/trustees so that self-evaluation is accurate and a powerful force for good. Developing a culture of openness, reflection and purposeful, non-threatening feedback is key to every great organisation. We will work with you in a non-biased, supportive manner so that self-evaluation can become your superpower.
